Petro-Energy Resources Limited is a private Nigerian limited company incorporated under the Companies Allied Matters Act 1990 in 1998 to provide high technical services to the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry and the West African sub region.

The company specializes in Petroleum Exploration and production related services and is currently structured under the framework of two divisions namely:-

1. ENGINEERING AND OIL FIELD SERVICES

2. OIL TOOL AND EQUIPMENT SUPPLY

3. SUPPLY & MANAGEMENT OF RELATED AUXILLARY HUMAN RESOURCES PERSONNEL

Petro-Energy has over the years increase in wealth of experience, facilities and personnel; it has well qualified engineers and professionals who have considerable expertise in various fields of engineering and procurement. Petro-Energy has a number of foreign Technical partners and can draw from the resources, capabilities and experience such partners.

The company's head office is located at Plot 39 Trans Amadi Industrial Layout, Port Harcourt. In order to service the ever increasing activities of the Oil & Gas Industry, particularly of the Niger Delta Area, and enhance logistic support, the Company also maintains liaison offices in Hoston-USA, Lagos, Eket as well as the Oil & Gas Free Zone at Onne of Rivers State, Nigeria.

Principal Clients of Petro-Energy Resources in Nigeria are Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), Exxon/Mobil, Chevron Texaco, Elf Petroleum Nigeria Ltd (EPNL/Total), Nigeria Agip Oil Company (NAOC), BP, Conoco Philips, Statoil, Nigerian Petroleum Development Corporation (NPDC), Pan Ocean, Addax Petroleum Development Company, and Nigerian LNG Limited.
